Same Classification. A unit member who is laid off shall have the right to displace (bump) a less senior employee in the same classification in the following ranked sequence: 14.5.1.1 A vacant position with the same number of hours per day. 14.5.1.2 The least senior employee with the same number of hours per day. 14.5.1.3 The least senior employee with the next existing greater number of hours per day. 14.5.1.4 The least senior employee with the next existing fewer number of hours per day.
