Same Classification. A unit member who is laid off shall have the right to displace (bump) a less senior employee in the same classification in the following ranked sequence:

Examples of Same Classification in a sentence

  • Same Classification or to a Classification With the Same Salary Range When an employee moves to another position in the same classification or to another classification with the same salary range, the employee shall maintain the same salary and same anniversary date.
