Sales Resolution definition

Sales Resolution means the Sales Resolution to be adopted by the Issuer
Sales Resolution means the Sales Resolution to be adopted by the Issuer or the Sales Order executed by the City Manager respecting the sale of the Series 2008 Bonds.
