Sale and Substitution Undertaking definition

Sale and Substitution Undertaking means the sale and substitution undertaking dated 6 November 2023 executed by the Issuer in favour of Ziraat Katılım and the Representative;

Sale and Substitution Undertaking means the sale and substitution undertaking dated 28 April 2016 and granted by the Trustee in favour of the Obligor and includes the form of sale agreement to be entered into in accordance with the terms of the Sale and Substitution Undertaking;

Sale and Substitution Undertaking means the amended and restated sale and substitution undertaking dated 30 May 2023 executed by the Trustee in favour of the Obligor;

• Upon receipt of a Redemption and Cancellation Notice from Ziraat Katılım in accordance with the Sale and Substitution Undertaking, Certificates so purchased by or on behalf of Ziraat Katılım or any of its subsidiaries and identified for cancellation in the Redemption and Cancellation Notice will be forthwith forwarded by or on behalf of the Issuer to the Registrar, cancelled and destroyed.

• Upon receipt of a Redemption and Cancellation Notice from Ziraat Katılım in accordance with the Sale and Substitution Undertaking, Certificates purchased by or on behalf of Ziraat Katılım or any of its Subsidiaries and identified for cancellation in such Redemption and Cancellation Notice will forthwith be forwarded by or on behalf of the Issuer to the Registrar, cancelled and destroyed and accordingly may not be held, reissued or resold.
