  • These Terms, together with any Quote, SOW, the applicable SAFARI Montage Agreement, and any written and executed agreements between SAFARI Montage and Customer, constitute the sole and entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, proposals, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter.

  • In response to a request for a quotation from a Customer, SAFARI Montage will issue a “Quote” for the Products and Services requested, or reasonable alternatives.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

  • LLC means Limited Liability Company.

  • Blackwater means wastewater contaminated by human body waste, toilet paper and any other material intended to be deposited in a receptor designed to receive urine or feces.

  • Acquisition Corp. shall have the meaning given to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
