Royalties Due definition

Royalties Due has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.06(d).

Examples of Royalties Due in a sentence

  • Where a subject covered by the provisions of this PLA is also covered by a conflicting provision of another collective bargaining agreement(s), the provisions of this PLA shall “prevail”.

  • Any recovery by BD of the Royalties Due shall first be applied to reimburse BD's reasonable costs and expenses of such recovery; BD then shall pay to AeroGen any remaining amounts less the BD Percentage of such amounts.

  • Credits may be taken against the total royalty payments due under this Paragraph 4.1 in any calendar year ("Royalties Due"), as follows.

  • Third, payments made under Paragraph 4.4 in such calendar year may be credited against the amount of Royalties Due which remains, with carryover of unused credit to subsequent calendar years until the tenth (10th) anniversary of the expiration of the OPTION PERIOD.

  • Second, payments made under Paragraph 4.2 in such calendar year may be credited against the amount of Royalties Due which remains, with carryover of unused credit to subsequent calendar years until the third (3rd) anniversary of the expiration of the OPTION PERIOD.
