Rights Offering Participant definition

Rights Offering Participant means each Holder of a Class 5A Claim, Class 5B Claim or Class 5C Claim as of the Rights Offering Record Date that is deemed to be allowed in an amount equal to or greater than $100,000 for purposes of voting on the Plan pursuant to the provisions of the Disclosure Statement Order.

Rights Offering Participant means each Holder of the 11% Senior Notes as of the Record Date.

Rights Offering Participant means a Holder of an Allowed Prepetition Notes Claim or an Eligible General Unsecured Claim as of the Rights Offering Record Date who is an Accredited Investor and has completed an AI Questionnaire in accordance with the Rights Offering Procedures.
