Revolving Credit Agent definition

Revolving Credit Agent means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement, or any successor appointed pursuant to the Revolving Credit Agreement.

Revolving Credit Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

• The Revolving Credit Agent agrees that if any Agent (other than the Revolving Credit Agent) shall require rights available under any permit or license controlled by the Revolving Credit Agent in order to realize on any Non-ABL Collateral, the Revolving Credit Agent shall take all such actions as shall be available to it, consistent with applicable law and reasonably requested by such Agent, to make such rights available to such Agent.

• Except as otherwise provided herein, the Revolving Credit Agent and the Revolving Credit Claimholders will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under their respective Revolving Credit Loan Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.
