Revolving Conditions definition

Revolving Conditions means the satisfaction of each of the following conditions as of any date of determination:
Revolving Conditions will mean the conditions specified in Section 2.1, below.
Revolving Conditions will mean the conditions set forth in SECTIONS 2.1 and 3, below, and in the Revolving Notes.

Examples of Revolving Conditions in a sentence

  • Subject to the satisfaction of the Revolving Conditions, the Borrower may, at its option once per year on an Optional Revolving Date, elect to pay to the Agent, on behalf of the Holders, the Revolving Amount (as defined below) (the “Optional Reborrowing”).

  • Permit the Advances to violate any of the applicable Revolving Conditions.

  • In the event that the Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit would in whole or in part exceed any applicable Revolving Conditions, whether after giving effect to any reduction or termination of the applicable Total Revolving Commitment or otherwise, the Company immediately shall make a prepayment of principal in an amount sufficient to eliminate the excess, plus all accrued interest thereon and any amounts payable pursuant to Section 2.17 hereof.

  • Specified Existing Revolving Credit Commitment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).

  • Replacement Revolving Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22.

  • Total Revolving Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments then in effect.

  • Revolving Loan Commitments means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate.

  • Revolving Commitments means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate. The amount of each Lender’s Revolving Commitment as of the Closing Date is set forth on Appendix A or in the applicable Assignment Agreement, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments as of the Closing Date is $75,000,000. The Revolving Commitment of each Lender will be equal to zero on the Revolving Commitment Termination Date.

  • Total Revolving Credit Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect.

  • Total Utilization of Revolving Loan Commitments means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans (other than Revolving Loans made for the purpose of repaying any Refunded Swing Line Loans or reimbursing the applicable Issuing Lender for any amount drawn under any Letter of Credit but not yet so applied) plus (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Swing Line Loans plus (iii) the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • Extended Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(2).

  • Additional Revolving Credit Commitments means any revolving credit commitment added pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 and/or 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Revolving Credit Commitments means the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all of the Lenders.

  • Extended Revolving Credit Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).

  • Existing Revolving Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.27(a).

  • Extended Revolving Credit Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Total Revolving Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Total Revolving Credit Commitment means the sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of all the Lenders.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Incremental Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Revolving Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Revolving Lender to make Revolving Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii), and “Revolving Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Revolving Lenders in the aggregate.

  • Designated Revolving Commitments means the amount or amounts of any commitments to make loans or extend credit on a revolving basis to the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by any Person other than the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that has or have been designated (but only to the extent so designated) in an Officers’ Certificate delivered to the Trustee as “Designated Revolving Commitments” until such time as the Company subsequently delivers an Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee to the effect that the amount or amounts of such commitments shall no longer constitute “Designated Revolving Commitments.”

  • Total Revolving Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Commitments at such time.

  • Existing Revolving Credit Commitments shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a)(ii).

  • Other Revolving Commitments means one or more Classes of revolving credit commitments hereunder or extended Revolving Commitments that result from a Refinancing Amendment or a Loan Modification Agreement.

  • Available Revolving Commitment as to any Revolving Lender at any time, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) such Lender’s Revolving Commitment then in effect over (b) such Lender’s Revolving Extensions of Credit then outstanding; provided, that in calculating any Lender’s Revolving Extensions of Credit for the purpose of determining such Lender’s Available Revolving Commitment pursuant to Section 2.8(a), the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding shall be deemed to be zero.

  • Extended Revolving Credit Commitment has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).
