Revenue Use Policy definition

Revenue Use Policy means, collectively, the FAA policy set out in 64 Federal Register 7696 (February 16, 1999), and amended in 79 Federal Register 66282 (November 7, 2014), and 49 USC § 47107, 47133.

  • The purpose of the grant is to provide for airport funds which may be lawfully used, as found in the Office of Airports Revenue Use Policy, such as Airport operating expenses to include payroll, airfield safety, airport security, and terminal maintenance.

Related to Revenue Use Policy

  • Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.
