Retained Premises the Building excluding the Premises and any other Lettable Premises
Retained Premises means the aggregate rentable square feet located in the Fee Properties as allocated to each Fee Property as set forth on Exhibit B leased by Seller from Purchaser pursuant to the terms of the Retained Premises Lease.

  • If Tenant fails to exercise an Option with respect to less than all of the Premises and the time to do so has lapsed (or if a Retained Premises Early Termination or a termination pursuant to a Swap Premises Termination Option has occurred), then Tenant shall no longer have an Option with respect to those portions of the Premises for which it failed to exercise an Option.

More Definitions of Retained Premises

Retained Premises shall have the meaning set out in clause 4.4.1;
Retained Premises means all that piece or parcel of land situated at Little Rissington, Gloucestershire shown for the purposes of identification only edged in black on Plan 2 to the Agreement with the exception of those part or parts thereof comprising the Property;

Retained Premises means and refer to that portion of the Premises which continues to be leased to and occupied by Tenant, (ii) the term “Retained Premises Square Footage” shall mean and refer to the Retained Premises Square Footage less the Relinquished Premises Square Footage, and (iii) Tenant’s obligation to pay Rent shall be reduced to the Retained Premises Rent and Tenant’s Percentage of increases in Operating Expenses and Real Estate Taxes shall be proportionately reduced based upon the ratio of the Retained Premises Square Footage (after deduction of the Relinquished Premises Square Footage) to the rentable square footage of the original Premises (44,000 rentable square feet); and
Retained Premises shall be deemed to be as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto.
