Restructured Debt definition

Restructured Debt. Financial debt of the Group companies in respect of Sberbank PJSC and Bank VTB (PJSC).
Restructured Debt means the restructured debt in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Judicial Reorganization Plan das Companies under Judicial Reorganization.
Restructured Debt means collectively the 2012 Gold-Linked Notes and the 2011 Silver-Linked Notes.

Restructured Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3A.6.
