Requests for Advances. Any advances made under this line of credit will be on the terms and conditions as Chase may require at the time the Borrower requests an advance and must be evidenced by documents in form and substance satisfactory to Chase. 5 Borrowing Base: All drawdowns will be subject to a maximum borrowing base not to exceed 80 % of eligible accounts receivable aged 90 days and less. Unidigital/ Cardinal Corporation will provide a monthly borrowing base certificate to the Bank within 15 days after the end of each month so long as there are loans outstanding under this Line of Credit. The first borrowing base will be tested at 91 days after the acquisition date of Cardinal Communications Inc. by Unidigital Inc.

Examples of Requests for Advances in a sentence

  • Requests for Advances may be made orally or in writing by such officer of Borrower authorized by it to request such Advances.

  • Requests for Advances received after such time may, at the Bank's option, be deemed to be a request for an Advance to be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Requests for Advances shall be submitted to Bank in accordance with SECTION 2.5 of the Loan Agreement.

  • Requests for Advances may be submitted by Borrower in writing utilizing the Advance Request Certificate in the form of Appendix A hereto.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Notices of Borrowing means, collectively, the Notices of Revolving Borrowing and the Notices of Swingline Borrowing.

  • The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.

  • Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Revolving Loans as the same Type, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Swing Loan Request means a request for Swing Loans made in accordance with Section 2.5.2 [Swing Loan Requests] hereof.

  • Borrowing Resolutions are, with respect to any Person, those resolutions substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Competitive Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Competitive Bid Advances from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Competitive Bid Advances as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
