Unidigital/ Cardinal Corporation will provide a monthly borrowing base certificate to the Bank within 15 days after the end of each month so long as there are loans outstanding under this Line of Credit. The first borrowing base will be tested at 91 days after the acquisition date of Cardinal Communications Inc. by Unidigital Inc.

Examples of Requests for Advances in a sentence

  • Requests for Advances may be made orally or in writing by such officer of Borrower authorized by it to request such Advances.

  • Requests for Advances must be made in writing, delivered to the Lender, by such officer of Borrower authorized by it to request such advances.

  • Requests for Advances with respect to the Bond shall be promptly honored, provided that (i) the conditions precedent set forth in Section 7 below shall have been satisfied at the time of each advance, (ii) the gross amount requested in such Request for Advance, plus the aggregate gross amounts of all prior advances with respect to the Bond shall not exceed the Maximum Principal Amount of the Bond, and (iii) the Request for Advance is received on or before the Expiration Date.
