Replacement Delegate definition

Replacement Delegate means a new Local Delegate elected or appointed by a Local to replace a previously elected or appointed Local Delegate who is unable to continue to act as a Local Delegate at a Provincial Seminar or Regional Meeting;
Replacement Delegate. – means an individual who replaces a Delegate at a meetings of Members when a Delegate is unable to attend;
Replacement Delegate any delegate appointed by the Scheme Administrators in accordance with clause 33.4 of the Original Scheme following the retirement, removal, or otherwise the termination of the appointment of the Original Delegate;
