Relevant Annexure definition

Relevant Annexure means the annexures attached to this agreement as may be amended and supplemented from time to time and setting out the remuneration payable to the Partner in respect of each type of the Company’s product in respect of which an introduced client transacts.
Relevant Annexure means the annexure which forms part of this Agreement and which is applicable to the particular employee.

  • Annexure C means, if applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement and the Contractor’s obligations in terms thereof, the Contractor’s Personnel Schedule.
