Relevant Agreement means an agreement benefiting persons who receive educational instruction at the School.

Relevant Agreement means an agreement in writing among the Issuer, the Guarantor and any Dealer(s) for the sale by the Issuer and the purchase or, as the case may be, subscription for as principal by such Dealer(s) (or on such other basis as may be agreed between the Issuer and the Relevant Dealer(s) at the relevant time) of any Covered Bonds and shall include, without limitation, any agreement in the form or based on the form set out in Schedule 7 hereto;

Relevant Agreement means this Confirmation (including the Transaction) and any Credit Enhancement relating hereto or thereto.

No Dealer may assign any of its rights or delegate or transfer any of its obligations under this Agreement or any Relevant Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Issuer and the Guarantor and any purported assignment or transfer without such consent shall be void.
