A "Relevant Area" shall be defined for the purposes of this Agreement as any area located within, or within fifty (50) miles of, the legal boundaries or limits of any city within which the Company is engaged in business or in which the Company has publicly announced or privately disclosed to Employee that it plans to engage in business.
