Regulation 2017/185 definition

Regulation 2017/185 means Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/185 laying down transitional measures for the application of certain provisions of Regulations (EC) No. 853/2004 and (EC) No. 854/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council(h);

  • Regulation CF means Regulation Crowdfunding promulgated under the Securities Act.

  • Regulation A means Regulation A of the Federal Reserve Board as in effect from time to time.

  • Regulation G means Regulation G of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as from time to time in effect and any successor to all or a portion thereof.

  • Margin Regulations means Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, as in effect from time to time.

  • EU Securitization Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 12, 2017.

  • Staff Governor means an employee of the Academy Trust who may be appointed as a Governor pursuant to Article 50A;

  • Investment Company Act of 1940 means the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • AIFM Regulation means Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 231/2013.

  • Council of Governors means the council of governors of the corporation; “declaration of identity” has the meaning set out in rule 21.1;

  • FRB Regulation D means Regulation D as promulgated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, 12 CFR Part 204, as amended.

  • UK Securitization Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 as it forms part of UK domestic law as “retained EU law” by operation of the EUWA, and as amended by the Securitisation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, and as further amended.

  • Board of Governors means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States of America.

  • Regulation T, U or X means Regulation T, U or X, respectively, of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as from time to time in effect and any successor to all or a portion thereof.

  • Regulations T, U and X means Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • Securities Financing Transactions Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;

  • Regulation means a regulation made under this Act;

  • Solvency II Regulation means Commission Delegated Regulation ((EU No. 2015/35).

  • Investor Money Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) Investor Money Regulations 2015 for Fund Service Providers;

  • the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);

  • CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.
