Regulated Tariff definition

Regulated Tariff means the tariff set by SP Services Limited which is reviewed each quarter and regulated by the Authority;
Regulated Tariff means the regulated rates to be applied by power distribution or transmission companies to its customers and users, which rates are calculated, approved and updated, from time to time, by the corresponding Governmental Authority.
Regulated Tariff means either the tariff as calculated using the methodology set and/or approved by the national regulatory authority, or the tariff set and/or approved by the national regulatory authority, or both.

More Definitions of Regulated Tariff

Regulated Tariff means the tariff set, or proposed to be set, by a telecommunications provider in respect of a regulated service;
Regulated Tariff means the applicable tariff for regasification capacity at the Terminal determined by the relevant Governmental Authority pursuant to Applicable Law and notified from time to time by the Operator to the User, provided that the applicable tariff shall be no greater than the following amounts:

Regulated Tariff means the tariff for the provision of Standard Service to a Customer, as set out in the Addendum and adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof;
