Refining Fee definition

Refining Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).

Examples of Refining Fee in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Refining Fee only applies to transactions involving the sale of refined sugar and other products produced by the Facility (or, during its period of operation by the Company, produced by the Colonial Facility) and sold by the Company from raw cane sugar purchased by the Company from SUGAR pursuant to the Supply Agreement.

  • Any increase in the Estimated CC Refining Fee, the Estimated Alkylation Refining Fee, the CC Refining Fee and the Alkylation Refining Fee shall remain in effect for the duration of the Term.

Related to Refining Fee

  • Marketing Fee means the fee payable to the Marketer for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Marketer as a Sponsor-paid Expense.

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.

  • Tipping Fee ’ means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Processing Fee means the amount to be paid by the Tenderers in consideration of cost of bid document.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.
