Recurring Element means any part or portion of the Facility that is identically or substantially replicated or repeated in multiple areas or parts of the Facility.

  • Service Measure means the characteristics or features of a Service Standard as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • On-premise beer retailer means a beer retailer who is:
