Focal point means the entity of a Party referred to in Article 5 responsible for receiving and submitting information as provided for in Articles 13 and 16;
Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.
Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.
Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;
Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

Originators have the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, as the same may be modified from time to time by adding new Originators or removing Originators, in each case with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
Third Party Originating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier that originates Transit Traffic that transits AT&T-TSP’s network and is delivered to CLEC.
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Review Receivables means those certain Receivables identified by the Servicer to the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice as not having been paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents at or prior to the date of such Review Notice.
Loan originator The entity that closes a Mortgage Loan in its own name.
originating means qualifying as originating under the rules of origin set out in Chapter 3 (Rules of origin and origin procedures);
R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94
Originator means the sender of the first payment order in a funds transfer.
Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.
financial service supplier means any natural or juridical person of a Party wishing to supply or supplying financial services but the term “financial service supplier” does not include a public entity;
Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.
originating goods means goods that qualify as originating in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 4;
Warranty Receivable means a Receivable which the Seller is required to repurchase pursuant to Section 3.02.
Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-xxxx environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Origination Rep and Warranty Settlement means any settlement relating to claims arising from breaches of origination/selling representations and warranties that Xxxxxx Xxx enters into with a loan seller or servicer in lieu of requiring such loan seller or servicer to repurchase a specified pool of mortgage loans that includes one or more Reference Obligations, whereby Xxxxxx Mae has received the agreed-upon settlement proceeds from such loan seller or servicer. For the avoidance of doubt, any settlement that Xxxxxx Xxx may enter into with a servicer in connection with a breach by such servicer of its servicing obligations to Xxxxxx Mae with respect to Reference Obligations will not be included in any Origination Rep and Warranty Settlement. Moreover, a Reference Obligation subject to an Origination Rep and Warranty Settlement that is not a Credit Event Reference Obligation may be subsequently repurchased by the related loan seller or servicer due to certain breaches of representations and warranties, such as a breach of a representation or warranty relating to fraud or property title. Any amounts collected by Xxxxxx Xxx due to such subsequent repurchases will be allocated to the applicable Reference Tranches as Unscheduled Principal.
