Receival Point definition

Receival Point means any site operated by CBH accepting the Grain within the Nominated Port Zone.

  • Focal point means the entity of a Party referred to in Article 5 responsible for receiving and submitting information as provided for in Articles 13 and 16;

Any amounts collected by Xxxxxx Xxx due to such subsequent repurchases will be allocated to the applicable Reference Tranches as Unscheduled Principal.
