Port Zone definition

Port Zone means the region associated with the Delivery Location identified, as determined by AWB from time to time. “Published” means to make information publicly available, including by making the information available on the AWB internet site at www.awb.com.au. If information is provided in writing to You under the Purchase Contract that information shall apply to the exclusion of equivalent information otherwise published, unless the terms of that published information specifically
Port Zone means the Original Port Zone and / or such other locations identified by Infrastructure Owner and the State pursuant to Article 5.
