R&D Services Fee definition

R&D Services Fee means the fee to be paid by Recipient to Provider in accordance with Section 3.1.

Examples of R&D Services Fee in a sentence

  • The Parties will periodically review the R&D Services Fee paid in relation to the actual R&D Costs and shall make any appropriate adjustments to the R&D Services Fee and profits earned to comply with the terms of this Section 3.3. Additional payments, a refund, or a credit against future payments may be made in a subsequent period or periods, if necessary, to ensure consistency and compliance with the arm’s length principles.

  • Provider shall invoice Recipient the R&D Services Fee at each month end.

  • The R&D Services Fee with respect to each month shall be equal to (i) R&D Costs, plus (ii) an Arm’s Length Profit Percentage applied to the R&D Costs, plus (iii) Reimbursable Costs, minus (iv) the R&D Services Fee Offsets, in each case, for such month.

Related to R&D Services Fee

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Professional Services Fees means the fees for Professional Services described as such in the applicable Product Order.
