  • Any change requiring Three-Quarters' Directors Vote under this Section 10.01, or under the Coverage Options Endorsement, or under the Rating & Premium Plan shall automatically become effective at the beginning of the succeeding fiscal year (“initial fiscal year”) (and, unless further changed, for each fiscal year thereafter), provided that notice of such change has been given at least ninety (90) days before the start of the initial fiscal year.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Total Premiums Paid means total of all the premiums received, excluding any extra premium, any rider premium and taxes.
