Raptor Technology definition

Raptor Technology means and includes any and all inventions, methods, updates, adaptations, know-how, technical data, trade secrets, functional or detailed design specifications, designs, and enhancements of any of the foregoing whether patentable or unpatentable, registered or unregistered, including the technical Documentation therefore, that relate to Raptor Products and Services, improvements and modifications thereto, and that RTUS owns or has the right to license as of the Effective Date. Raptor Technology shall be considered Confidential Information, as defined in Article 5 ("Confidential Information"), under this License Agreement.
