RALDS means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Agricultural Learning and Demonstration Site. Term Subject to section 6.5 below, this Agreement shall be effective as of the date of execution up to the entry into the Final Agreements as contemplated in section 3.2.

  • The Agricultural Societies shall co-coordinate and pay for all construction and development costs for the proposed buildings to be located on the RALDS.
