Query Information definition

Query Information means information related to the execution and results of a particular query, including the query submitted to such service, the results returned in response to such query, operational data related to the execution of the query (e.g. the particular server(s) on which it was executed, the time it was received, the length of time needed to execute it, etc.), any intermediate results or errors generated during the execution of the query, and any information
Query Information means either Payment Information or Payment Response. Secret Key is a unique combination of symbols at the possession of a Party that confirms, when used in delivering of information, delivery of the information by that Party. Certificate is a Secret Key information, which is public, allowing verification of the owner of the Secret key and the validity of the Query Information sent with such Secret Key. The details of the Certificates of the Parties are set out in Annex 2 of the Agreement. Service is the service or product (goods), which is offered by the Trader and is paid for through the Bank Link. Service Fee is a fee specified in the price list of the Bank, paid by the Trader to the Bank upon use of the Bank Link service. Transaction means a purchase and sales transaction settled through the Bank Link, whereby a Customer makes a payment to the Trader for a Service bought at the Point of Sale.

Related to Query Information

  • Directory information means information contained in an education record of a student which would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. It includes, but is not limited to: the student’s name, address, telephone listing, electronic mail address, photograph, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, grade level, enrollment status (i.e., full-time or part-time), participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, degrees, honors and awards received, and the most recent educational agency or institution attended. It also includes the name, address, and telephone number of the student’s parent(s). Directory information does not include:

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information disclosed (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) by the Customer to the Company that is marked as “confidential”, described as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Company at the time of disclosure to be confidential;

  • Customer's Confidential Information means: all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, property rights, trade secrets, Know-How and IPR of the Customer (including all Customer Background IPR and Project Specific IPR); any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered confidential which comes (or has come) to the Customer’s attention or into the Customer’s possession in connection with this Call Off Contract; and information derived from any of the above;

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • Business Confidential Information means all information, knowledge or data related to the operation of the Business or the Company that is not in the public domain or otherwise publicly available, other than as a result of any action or inaction by a Seller, or that has been treated as confidential by the Company.
