Quepasa Common Stock definition

Quepasa Common Stock means the common stock, $.001 par value, of quepxxx.xxx, xxc., a Nevada corporation;
Quepasa Common Stock means the common stock of Quepasa. “Quepasa Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2 below.
