QUANTUM FACILITIES definition

QUANTUM FACILITIES means all of the real property and improvements thereon owned or occupied at any time on or before the Separation Date by any member of the Quantum Group, whether for the Quantum Business or the SNAP Business, excluding the SNAP Facilities.

Related to QUANTUM FACILITIES

  • New Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
