Qualified FDC definition

Qualified FDC means a BMS Permitted FDC with respect to which either (a) Phase II clinical trials have been completed by BMS and/or its Affiliates or the entities defined in clause (a) of the definition ofPermitted Sublicensees,” or (b) Phase III clinical trials have been commenced by BMS and/or its Affiliates or the entities defined in clause (a) of the definition of “Permitted Sublicensees;”
