QR Payments definition

QR Payments refers to payments made by cardholders using CIMB Pay by scanning of Static QR codes or Dynamic QR codes generated by CIMB registered merchant.
QR Payments refers to payments from the customer into the Merchant’s account using Mobile banking QR pay .Customers makes payment by scanning the Merchant’s QR Code using the Application

  • This Agreement is a non-exclusive agreement intended for the acceptance and use of Loyalty programs, QR Payments and Home Credit Pay by the Merchant through Home Credit QR System and Home Credit Pay System for transactions in the Republic of the Philippines.

Related to QR Payments

  • FILOT Payments means the amount paid or to be paid in lieu of ad valorem property taxes as provided herein.

  • Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 8.11.

  • Exception Payments means payments to deposit accounts or brokerage accounts, payments to settle securities transactions (including, without limitation, stocks, bonds, securities, futures (forex), options, or an investment interest in any entity or property).

  • Aggregate Payments as defined in Section 7.2.

  • Net Cash Payments means, with respect to any Disposition, the aggregate amount of all cash payments received by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries directly or indirectly in connection with such Disposition, whether at the time of such Disposition or after such Disposition under deferred payment arrangements or Investments entered into or received in connection with such Disposition (including, without limitation, Disposition Investments); provided that:

  • Service payments means payments to the private entity of a qualifying project pursuant to a service contract.

  • Loan Payments means the amounts required to be paid by the Company in repayment of the Loan pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.
