PUD Location definition

PUD Location means for each PUD Well identified on Exhibit F, the leases identified on Exhibit F as being associated with such PUD Well subject to any depth restriction set forth for such Leases in Exhibit A.
PUD Location means each drilling location identified in the Reserve Reports, subject to any depth restriction set forth in the Reserve Reports to such location.
PUD Location shall have the meaning given that term in Section 4.02.

  • The term “Title Benefit” shall mean Seller’s Net Revenue Interest in any Lease, Well, PUD Location and PDNP that is greater than or in addition to the Net Revenue Interest set forth in Exhibit C, or Seller’s Working Interest in any Lease, Well, PUD Location and PDNP that is less than the Working Interest set forth in Exhibit C (without a proportionate decrease in the Net Revenue Interest).

  • The Purchase Price is allocated among the Assets on a well-by-well basis, including for each Well, PUD Location and PDNP, all as set forth in Exhibit C (the “Allocated Values”).

More Definitions of PUD Location

PUD Location means the interest in Hydrocarbons that would be produced from or attributable to a hypothetical well (or recompletion of a Well) as identified on Annex E.

Related to PUD Location

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.
