Public swimming place definition

Public swimming place means any swimming place other than a private installation. This includes a municipal, county, association, club, camp, school, motel, hotel, bed and breakfast, apartment building and a similar installation, whether or not a fee is charged for use. A public pool shall not include a pool drained to waste, cleaned and refilled with fresh potable water prior to use by each individual.
