Provisional Match Day definition

Provisional Match Day means (i) 12th-16th August 2021 for the Test Match and (ii) 10th July 2021 for the One-Day International both of which have been provisionally scheduled to be played at Lord’s on the Match Day for which the Licensee has been allocated the Private Suite in the Allocation Letter;

Examples of Provisional Match Day in a sentence

  • If the Match Day is to differ from the Provisional Match Day, the Club shall notify the Licensee by email to the Licensee’s Email Address and via the Club’s website as soon as reasonably practicable of the new date of the Match Day (“Match Day Notice”).

  • The Licensee acknowledges that the Provisional Match Day is subject to change at any time following issue of the Allocation Letter.

  • The Licensee acknowledges that a Provisional Match Day and/or the Provisional Visiting Team is subject to change at any time following issue of the Allocation Letter.

  • If the Match Day and/or the Visiting Team is to differ from the Provisional Match Day and/or the Provisional Visiting Team, the Club shall notify the Licensee by email to the Licensee’s Email Address and via the Club’s website as soon as reasonably practicable of the new date of the Match Day and/or the new Visiting Team (“Match Day Notice”).

  • The S64 drawbridge across the Ontonagon River, mile 0.2, was removed and replaced with a fixed bridge in 2006.

  • The Licensee acknowledges that a Provisional Match Day is subject to change at any time following issue of the Allocation Communication.

  • If the Match Day is to differ from the Provisional Match Day, the Club will notify the original purchaser of the Ticket(s) via email to the email address registered to their account on the Platform as soon as reasonably practicable of the new date of the Match Day.

  • If the Match Day and/or the Visiting Team is to differ from the Provisional Match Day and/or the Provisional Visiting Team, MCC or the Agency, under the direction of MCC, shall notify the Customer by email to the Customer’s Email Address and via MCC’s website as soon as reasonably practicable of the new date of the Match Day and/or the new Visiting Team (“Match Day Notice”).

  • The Customer acknowledges that a Provisional Match Day and/or the Provisional Visiting Team is subject to change at any time following issue of the Booking Confirmation.

  • If the Match Day is to differ from the Provisional Match Day, MCC or the Reseller, under the direction of MCC, shall notify the Customer by email to the Customer’s Email Address and via MCC’s website as soon as reasonably practicable of the new date of the Match Day (“Match Day Notice”).

Provisional Match Day means one of the following Match Days on which Hundred Matches have been provisionally scheduled to be played at Lord’s between London Spirit and (i) Manchester Originals on 8 August 2022; (ii) Welsh Fire on 24 August 2022; (iii) Oval Invincibles on 27 August 2022; (iv) Birmingham Phoenix on 30 August 2022 and (v) The Hundred Finals on 3 September 2022, for which the Licensee has been allocated the Ultimate Suite in the Allocation Communication;

Related to Provisional Match Day

  • Provisional items means items for which approximate quantities have been included in the tender documents.

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means the SONIA Compounded Index Value on the date falling “p” London Business Days prior to (i) in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Accrual Period, or (ii) if the Notes become due and payable prior to the end of an Interest Accrual Period, the date on which the Notes become so due and payable; and

  • Floating Profit/Loss means current profit/loss on Open Positions calculated at the current Quotes.

  • Compounded Daily SOFR means, in relation to a Floating Rate Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with SOFR as reference rate for the calculation of interest) during the related Observation Period and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the related Interest Determination Date as follows: Where:

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded Daily SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and

  • Compounded Daily €STR means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily euro short-term rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) as calculated by the Calculation Agent as at the relevant Interest Determination Date in accordance with the following formula (and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the nearest fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards):

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Compounded Daily XXXXX means, in relation to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Fiscal Agent or the Calculation Agent, as applicable, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards: Where:

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month.

  • Provisional ballot means a ballot voted provisionally by a person:

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.
