Provincial Branch definition

Provincial Branch means Connacht Rugby, Leinster Rugby, Munster Rugby or Ulster Rugby;
Provincial Branch means a Provincial Branch of the Council referred to in subsection (1) of section twenty-four.

  • Provincial Minister means the member of the Cabinet of the Province of Western Cape responsible for local government;

  • Canada means the ten provinces of Canada, the Yukon Territory, the Districts and Islands comprising the Northwest Territories of Canada and Nunavut.

  • provincial director means the provincial director as defined in regulation 1 of the General Administrative Regulations, 2003;

  • Local means physically located in the same ILEC Local Exchange Area as defined by the ILEC Local (or “General”) Exchange Tariff on file with the applicable state Commission or regulatory agency; or physically located within neighboring ILEC Local Exchange Areas that are within the same common mandatory local calling area. This includes but is not limited to, mandatory Extended Area Service (EAS), mandatory Extended Local Calling Service (ELCS), or other types of mandatory expanded local calling scopes.

  • Cayman Islands means the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory.

  • Branch of a company shall mean a place of business not having legal personality which has the appearance of permanency, such as the extension of a parent body, has a management and is materially equipped to negotiate business with third parties so that the latter, although knowing that there will if necessary be a legal link with the parent body, the head office of which is abroad, do not have to deal directly with such parent body but may transact business at the place of business constituting the extension.

  • Belgium means the Kingdom of Belgium; used in a geographical sense, it means the territory of the Kingdom of Belgium, including the territorial sea and any other area in the sea and in the air within which the Kingdom of Belgium, in accordance with international law, exercises sovereign rights or its jurisdiction;

  • Provincial Government means the Western Cape government;

  • Ireland means the Republic of Ireland.

  • India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;

  • Boycott Israel means refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations specifically with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory, but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes; and

  • Foreign with respect to an entity, means an entity governed as to its internal affairs by the law of a jurisdiction other than this state.

  • Finland means the Republic of Finland and, when used in a geographical sense, means the territory of the Republic of Finland, and any area adjacent to the territorial waters of the Republic of Finland within which, under the laws of Finland and in accordance with international law, the rights of Finland with respect to the exploration for and exploitation of the natural resources of the sea bed and its sub-soil and of the superjacent waters may be exercised;

  • France means the European and overseas departments of the French Republic, including the territorial sea, and any area outside the territorial sea within which, in accordance with international law, the French Republic has sovereign rights for the purpose of exploring and exploiting the natural resources of the sea-bed and its subsoil and the superjacent waters;

  • Spain means the Kingdom of Spain.

  • Organisers means the organization named as the Organiser(s) of the Exhibition on the Application Form.

  • the Netherlands means the part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands located in Europe.

  • Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)

  • Nodal Ministry means the Ministry or Department identified pursuant to this order in respect of a particular item of goods or services or works.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.
