PROPERTY MAP. The Sponsor shall develop (or update) an Exhibit "A" Property Map, which clearly shows by appropriate legal description all airport land owned by the Sponsor, including land and interests in land in the runway approach areas, plus any areas or tracts/parcels of land proposed to be acquired in connection with this project. In addition, the map must indicate by appropriate symbols or other markings the property interest (fee title, avigation easement, etc.) the Sponsor holds in each tract/parcel of airport land and the property interest to be acquired in each tract/parcel of land in connection with this project.
PROPERTY MAP. The Exhibit "A" Property Map updated , submitted with the Sponsor’s project application is made a part of this grant agreement.
PROPERTY MAP. The Sponsor’s existing Exhibit "A" Property Map dated will be updated as part of this grant project. The Sponsor understands and agrees to update the Exhibit "A" Property Map to standards satisfactory to the Commission and to submit it in final form to the Commission. It is further mutually agreed that the reasonable cost of developing said Exhibit "A" Property Map is an allowable cost within the scope of this project.

PROPERTY MAP means a map prepared and maintained under subsection 21 (3) or (4) of the Registry Act or subsection 141
