Property and Room Information definition

Property and Room Information means all information, including availability information, photographs, trademarks, names, trade names, logos, descriptions, and other content or material (a) provided by You, (b) entered into Expedia Partner Central by You, (c) displayed or otherwise made available by You on Your website(s) or any third-party or social networking site, or (d) otherwise obtained by Expedia or any of its Affiliates with Your knowledge and/or consent.
Property and Room Information means all information, including availability information, photographs, trademarks, names, trade names, logos, descriptions, and other content or material (a) provided by Decolar or any of its Affiliates through the Decolar API, or (b) otherwise obtained by Expedia or any of its Affiliates with Decolar’s knowledge and/or consent.
Property and Room Information means all information, including availability information, photographs, trademarks, names, trade names, logos, descriptions, and other content or material (a) provided by you, (b) entered into Expedia Partner Central by you, (c) displayed or otherwise made available by you on your website(s) or any third-party or social networking site, or (d) otherwise obtained by Expedia or any of its Affiliates with your knowledge and/or consent.

Examples of Property and Room Information in a sentence

  • You represent and warrant that You and/or the Property are the owner or authorized licensee of all Property and Room Information and that such content, and Expedia’s and its Affiliates’ use, reproduction, distribution and display of such content, does not and will not violate the rights of any third party.

  • You agree to use Expedia Partner Central to enter or modify all relevant information relating to Rates, availability, applicable Tax rates, Hotel Fees, Property and Room Information, cancellation and no show policies, and/or to modify Your account information and preferred payment and notice practices, each to the extent necessary to enable Expedia to properly display relevant information about Your rooms and otherwise as permitted or required under this Contract.

  • The Property and Room Information You provide to Expedia under this Contract will be equal to or better than what You make available through Your own or any third-party booking or distribution channels.

  • Expedia may remove any Property or Room Information, or edit any Property and Room Information that Expedia believes to be inaccurate or inappropriate.

  • You grant Expedia and its Affiliates the worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered or developed, to use, reproduce, distribute and display the Property and Room Information for purposes of identifying, promoting, merchandising and/or obtaining Bookings for the Property.

  • You grant Expedia and its Affiliates the worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered or developed, to use, reproduce, distribute and display the Property and Room Information for purposes of identifying, promoting, merchandising and/or obtaining Standalone Bookings for the Property.

  • Supplier agrees to make available through the Decolar API all relevant, including the most up-to-date, information relating to such Property’s Rate Plans, availability, applicable Tax rates, Hotel Fees, Property and Room Information, cancellation and no show policies.

  • You will use Expedia Partner Central to enter or modify all relevant information relating to Rates, availability, applicable Tax rates, Hotel Fees, Property and Room Information, cancellation and no show policies, and/or to modify your account information and preferred payment method, so Expedia can properly display relevant information about your rooms and perform its services as permitted or required under this Agreement.

  • You grant Expedia and its Affiliates the worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license, in all media now known or later discovered or developed, to use, reproduce, distribute and display the Property and Room Information for purposes of identifying, promoting, merchandising and/or obtaining bookings for the Property.

  • You represent and warrant that you and/or the Property are the owner or authorized licensee of all Property and Room Information and that such content, and Expedia’s and its Affiliates’ use, reproduction, distribution and display of such content, does not and will not violate the rights of any third-party.

Related to Property and Room Information

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Property Information has the meaning specified in Section 4.03.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Proprietary Property means any property, including, but not limited to, Intellectual Property Rights, records, forms, trade literature, newsletters, market reports, articles, computer software and any reproduced copies or negatives thereof, and any Proprietary Information or such other information reflected or contained therein, provided and furnished by the Company or otherwise obtained by the Partner during the relationship created by this Agreement.

  • Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Servicer Information As defined in Section 11.07(a).

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Insurance Information means the insurance information required by the Access Provider pursuant to Clause 5(b)(xi) hereof.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Noncommercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).
