Promotion activities definition

Promotion activities means pre-sales consultations and demo equipment for testing the Goods that are provided by the Contractor and are free-of-charge.
Promotion activities shall have the meaning assigned in Section 2.6.
Promotion activities meaning the various events and activities conducted to promote the Economic Observer or to promote the use of brands of the Economic Observer. The forms include but are not limited to distribution of flyers, salons, seminars, forums, exhibitions, advertisement publicity, and large scale theme events.

Examples of Promotion activities in a sentence

  • The Contractor is entitled to provide Promotion activities (pre-sales consultations and demo equipment for testing the Goods).

  • The Collaboration Committee shall agree a plan for the commencement of promotion of the Test and the Products in other countries within the Territory from time to time, and Diaxonhit will conduct its Promotion activities consistent with such plan.

  • Spectrum shall conduct its Promotion activities (including Details) using CAMs who meet the requirements of this Agreement, including those set forth in Section 1.7. Spectrum will manage its CAMs performing Promotion activities hereunder in accordance with Applicable Laws and Codes.

  • Spectrum shall keep Eagle regularly informed regarding the conduct of its Promotion activities under this Agreement.

  • In advance of engaging any CAMs or other Spectrum Personnel to perform Promotion activities or other Commercialization services under this Agreement, and at least annually thereafter, Spectrum shall check the debarment/exclusion status of each such Spectrum Personnel and confirm that such Spectrum Personnel is not Debarred/Excluded.

  • However, OMP shall have free of charge full use of all such Information for the Product including but not limited to using such Information as a submission for indication or extension to a Regulatory Authority or to support any Commercialization or Promotion activities with respect to any Product.

  • Each Commercialization Plan shall include the plan for: (i) Detailing and Promotion activities for the applicable Collaboration Product in the applicable Indication for the next [****] (as to the initial Commercialization Plan, the [****] following launch) and timelines for performing such activities, (ii) target audience, (iii) anticipated expenses other than personnel, *Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the commission.

  • Upon Eagle’s request, Spectrum shall cooperate fully with, and provide assistance to, Eagle in connection with Eagle’s regulatory requirements arising from Spectrum’s Promotion activities under this Agreement (including Adverse Event reporting) for the Products.

  • For clarity, the foregoing shall not limit Spectrum’s obligations under Applicable Laws to report its relevant Promotion activities under this Agreement, including Spectrum’s reporting obligations under Applicable Laws with respect to transparency reporting, as described in Section 5.4.

  • In addition, Santarus shall provide to CHRP, prior to the end of each Calendar Year, a summary of Promotion activities contemplated for the upcoming Calendar Year.

Related to Promotion activities

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.
