Projected Energy Savings definition

Projected Energy Savings means those Energy Unit Savings, which ENGIE Services U.S. anticipates will be realized from the installation and continued operation of the Work, as set forth in this Attachment E, Section (III).
Projected Energy Savings means the anticipated energy savings derived from the Energy Efficiency Index computations before the Upgrading or Retrofitting Works, and Energy Efficiency Index computations which are anticipated to be made after the Upgrading or Retrofitting Works.
Projected Energy Savings means the estimated energy savings, calculated in accordance with the Technical Standards, from any Energy Improvement(s) over the EUL of such improvements.

Examples of Projected Energy Savings in a sentence

  • During such event, Projected Energy Savings for the month(s) in which such event is continuing will be used in lieu of actual data; provided that if three (3) or more years of post M&V Commencement Date data are available for such month(s), the historical average of such data for such month(s) will be used in lieu of Projected Energy Savings.

  • If information for the relevant Measurement Period is supplied at a later date, the Energy Unit Savings will be modified only if and to the extent that the calculated savings for such period exceed the Projected Energy Savings for such period.

  • Manhattan Beach USD will, within forty-five (45) calendar days, give Chevron Energy Solutions written permission to proceed or, alternatively at no charge to Chevron Energy Solutions, to stipulate that the Projected Energy Savings for the portion of the Facility in question be used for the purpose of meeting the Savings Guarantee for such Measurement Period and thereafter.

  • During the Energy Savings Term, when the ultimate effect of the Work on EC Savings cannot be accurately determined due to pending construction or changes to the Scope of Work, Projected Energy Savings for the Facilities will be used until the effect of the changes can be determined by Chevron Energy Solutions.

  • If Manhattan Beach USD fails to notify Chevron Energy Solutions of changes in Energy Use Factors or fails to supply Chevron Energy Solutions in a timely manner with information that is requested by Chevron Energy Solutions for the calculation of EC Savings, the Energy Unit Savings for the relevant Measurement Period will be deemed equal to the corresponding Projected Energy Savings for such period.

  • If Chevron Energy Solutions does not receive written notice within forty-five (45) calendar days, the Projected Energy Savings for the portion of the Facility in question will be used until such time as Manhattan Beach USD approves the Assessment Work.

Related to Projected Energy Savings

  • Energy Savings means an amount of saved energy determined by measuring and/or estimating consumption before and after implementation of an energy efficiency improvement measure, whilst ensuring normalisation for external conditions that affect energy consumption;

The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.
