To meet this need, the County proposes to install, or cause to be installed, a second 48” gravity sanitary sewer line across NPS-administered lands at Arlington Ridge Park and Memorial Avenue in a parallel alignment to the current 36” gravity sanitary sewer line which shall be referenced as the Potomac Interceptor Sewer Improvement Project (PI Project).
The Recipient understands that the Project PI will append these Data to the cases utilized.
Travel costs are higher in Years 1 and 2 as Project PI is serving in leadership roles in SERA46 and less in subsequent years.
The Recipient will submit Data from the Project to the Project PI within one (1) year of receipt of the Materials or concurrently with the date of any publication arising from the use of these Materials, whichever occurs first.
The Project Proposal Submission includes a list of co-investigators provided by the Project PI.
If the Project PI is unavailable then the website administrator will appeal to the Information and Outputs Committee to decide what to do with the data.
Mines, through its Project PI, shall use Confidential Data solely for the Purpose.
Mines shall exert reasonable efforts, including but not limited to the Data Safeguards identified in Attachment A, to maintain Confidential Data in confidence, except that Mines’ Project PI may disclose or permit disclosure of any Confidential Data to Mines’ officers, faculty, employees, graduate research assistants and postdoctoral fellows who need to know such Confidential Data to fulfill the Purpose and who have been advised of the confidential nature of the Confidential Data.
Mines shall deploy the following data safeguards as marked: _____ Only the Project PI research team at the Mines University Site will be given access to the Confidential Data for use in its research.
In the event that the multi-state dissolves the multi-state website administrator will contact each Project PI that has Datasets to determine if he/she would like these data returned to them or destroyed.
