Project Models definition

Project Models means, collectively, the financial models for the Desert Sunlight Acquired Companies, the Nokota Acquired Companies, and the Javelina Acquired Companies that have been agreed to by the Parties as of the Effective Date as the model to be used for purposes of the calculation of certain adjustments to the Base Purchase Price and the Closing Purchase Price as provided in Part III of this Acquired Companies Annex.
Project Models means, collectively, the financial models for the Blue Summit III Project Company, the Harmony Solar Project Company, the Ponderosa Project Company, the Saint Solar Project Company, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Airport Solar Project Company, the Soldier Creek Project Company, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Solar Project Company, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project Company, and that have been agreed to by the Parties as of the Effective Date as the models to be used for purposes of the calculation of certain adjustments to the Base Purchase Price and the Closing Purchase Price as provided in Part III of this Acquired Companies Annex.
Project Models means, collectively, the financial models for the Breckinridge Acquired Companies, the Carousel Acquired Companies, the Monarch Acquired Companies, the Mountain View Acquired Companies, the Pacific Plains Acquired Companies and the Palomino Acquired Companies that have been agreed to by the Parties as of the Effective Date as the models to be used for purposes of the calculation of certain adjustments to the Base Purchase Price and the Closing Purchase Price as provided in Part III of this Acquired Companies Annex.

Related to Project Models

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.
