Project Management Service means the Tender Subject Matter in Part II to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract. “Tender Submission” means, in relation to a Tenderer, the completed tender submitted by the Tenderer to the Authority under the Tenderer’s Offer to be Bound; “Tenderer” means the person, firm or company whose details are set out in the relevant Tenderer’s Schedule. “Tender Closing Date” The latest date by which Tenders must be lodged as stated above; “Tender Documents” This Tender, comprising Part I (Terms of Tender), Part II (Tender Subject Matter), Part III (Contract), Part IV (Tenderer’s Schedule), Part V (Offer tobe Bound), Part VI (Memorandum of Acceptance) and Part VII (Notice for Submission of Tenders).
