Project Library definition

Project Library means the entire collection of Projects owned by, developed by, acquired by, and contributed to Company to be available for use in Events.
Project Library means a library selected in accordance with the provisions of the Grants Operational Manual.

  • Copies shall be placed in the Project Library Continuously updated Phase Exit Reports Previously approved evaluation criteria and appraisal reports following each project phase to determine readiness for the next phase.

  • In order to be approved for addition to the Project Library, a Project must be an original concept and cannot be a copy or excessively derived (as determined in Company’s sole discretion) from another creative work.

  • The Project which will be the subject of instruction at an Event must be selected from the Project Library or be pre-approved by Company through the process in Section 8.2 below.

Subject to Event Owner’s compliance with these Terms, Company grants Event Owner a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Event Management System, the Licensed Marks, and the Project Library solely in connection with organizing, marketing and conducting Events.

  • Project Library Select Contracts will maintain a library of samples, technical literatures, presentation documents, contracts and reports submitted by consultants, suppliers, contractors etc., in the project office located on site.

  • Event Owner agrees that Company is and will remain the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to all Projects subject to the terms set forth in the Project Library Creator Agreement.

  • The Project Library shall be submitted to TELKOM at the termination of the prevailing Service Level Agreement.

  • Company will disable Event Owner’s login credentials for the EMS and Event Owner must promptly stop all use of the EMS, Licensed Marks, and Project Library.

Related to Project Library

  • Library means an organized collection of resources made accessible to the public for reference or borrowing supported with money derived from taxation.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.
