Project Implementation Plans definition

Project Implementation Plans means the plans established for each set of Project activities outlining operational modalities for the implementation of each said set of activities including, inter alia, the institutional, disbursement, procurement and environmental mitigation arrangements for the implementation of the Project, referred to in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and adopted by the Recipient on February 21, 2005, as the same may be amended by agreement of the parties from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plans.
Project Implementation Plans means, collectively, the MIME Project Implementation Plan and the PPWSA Project Implementation Plan, satisfactory to the Association, adopted by MIME and PPWSA respectively for carrying out the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
Project Implementation Plans means collectively the AEPC Project Implementation Plan and the PDF Implementation Plan;

  • Goods, works and services required for Part C of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with the clause 3.17 of the Procurement Guidelines, and the Guidelines for Simplified Procurement and Disbursements for Community-Based Investments dated February 1998, as further detailed in the Project Implementation Plans.

Related to Project Implementation Plans

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
