Project Background Information means various types of information provided by the City and is defined in RFP Section B4.1(b);

Project Background Information means any and all drawings, reports, studies, data, documents or other information, regardless of form, format or medium, given or made available to Design Builder or any Design Builder Party by the City or any City Party, or which was obtained by Design Builder or any Design Builder Party from or through any other sources concerning or related to the Project;

  • Project Background Information furnished by Participants may be subject to restrictions by holders of Intellectual Property.

  • The Parties intend to acquire sufficient Project Background Information and/or rights to use such information to enable the development of technologies, prototype equipment, and other activities included in a Project.

  • Unless a Project Arrangement provides otherwise, Government Furnished Project Background Information disclosed by one Party to the other may be used without charge by the other Party for Project Development purposes only; and the furnishing Party shall retain all its rights with respect to such Government Furnished Project Background Information.

  • The furnishing Participant, in consultation with the other Participant, will determine whether the Government Project Background Information is necessary for the use of Project Foreground Information.

  • Where the use of Government Furnished Project Background Information is necessary to enable the use of Project Foreground Information, such Government Furnished Project Background Information may be used by the receiving Party for homeland/domestic security purposes, upon agreement of the Parties and in accordance with applicable laws.

  • The nature and amount of Project Background Information to be acquired and disclosed shall be consistent with this Agreement and the terms of the Technology Management Plans contained in the individual Project Arrangements, whereby the Parties intend to make available sufficient Project Background Information and/or rights to use such information to enable the development of technologies, prototype equipment, and other activities included in a Project.

  • Unless provided otherwise, Project Background Information furnished by the Parties disclosed by one Party to the other may be used without charge by the other Party for Project purposes only; and the furnishing Party shall retain all its rights with respect to such Project Background Information.

  • However, subject to Intellectual Property rights held by entities other than the Participants, such Government Project Background Information may be used for JSF Purposes by the requesting Participant, without charge, when such Information is necessary for the use of Project Foreground Information.

  • Background Information means various types of information provided by the Sponsors and is defined in RFP Section 2.4(1)(b);

  • Foreground Information means any Invention first conceived, developed or reduced to practice as part of the Work under the Contract and all other Technical Information conceived, developed or produced as part of the Work under the Contract;

  • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and

  • network and information system have the meaning set forth in OAR 407-014-0305, as such rule may be revised from time to time.
