Project Arborist definition

Project Arborist means a private Certified Arborist retained by the property owner for the purpose of overseeing on-site activity involving the welfare of the Heritage trees to be retained.
Project Arborist means a certified or registered consulting arborist retained by the applicant to report on and oversee the protection of trees on a site subject to a tree protection plan.
