Program Lead definition

Program Lead shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 of this Agreement. “Go-To-Market Steering Committee” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

Program Lead. A district-level administrator who believes in the program, has the ability to mobilize school administrators, can communicate effectively amongst various disciplines (i.e., education, law enforcement, mental health), supports School Teams in providing timely and appropriate responses to concerns raised in tips, and provides clear and consistent feedback to SHP on the program’s needs, challenges, and successes. The Program Lead also provides clear parameters and timeframe for Flex Team activation (covered in more detail below). The Program Lead is the primary point of contact for the SHP Team, including Account Management and Crisis Center teams.
