Professional PM Services definition

Professional PM Services means professional project management services, the scope of which is set out in more detail in Article 2 below. Professional PM Services shall include Basic Services and, as such services are approved by TFC, Additional Services.

Examples of Professional PM Services in a sentence

  • PMP shall timely deliver the following Professional PM Services, as applicable, during all phases of the Project.

  • The PMP Project Manager (or one of them as designated by PMP and approved by TFC) shall be authorized to act on behalf of and bind the PMP in all matters related to Professional PM Services.

  • No approvals or acceptances by, or on behalf of, TFC shall be deemed to be an assumption of any responsibility by TFC for any defect, error or omission in PMP’s providing of Deliverables or any Professional PM Services.

  • Any excess or umbrella policy shall be kept in force at all times during the course of this Agreement and until all claims arising out of the Professional PM Services are barred by the statute of repose provided under Texas law.

  • CGL insurance must be kept in force at all times during the course of this Agreement and until all claims arising out of the Professional PM Services are barred by the statute of repose provided under Texas law.

  • Professional PM Services performed or delivered by PMP prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement or after it terminates cannot be compensated.

  • PMP represents that it is properly licensed to provide the Professional PM Services required by this Agreement and shall cause all delegated Professional PM Services to be performed by appropriately licensed design professionals.

  • All insurance coverages required by this Agreement, as amended by TFC, shall be written in strict conformance with these requirements to provide complete and full coverage to TFC for the performance of Professional PM Services under this Agreement.

  • PMP agrees to provide a high degree of cooperation, collaboration, coordination, and teamwork in the delivery of its Professional PM Services.

  • PMP shall designate one or more PMP Project Manager(s) and employees who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Professional PM Services.
