Product Designs definition

Product Designs means the particular arrangement of Discrete Circuits and layouts and schematic databases that comprise the Fibre Channel Products. For clarification, "Product Designs" do not include the particular individual Discrete Circuits included in the Fibre Channel Products.
Product Designs means products of the ENI Business which are currently under development but not including products of the ENI Business which constitute Customer Deliverables.
Product Designs means the particular arrangement of the Circuits that comprise the Products, as reflected in the layouts and schematic databases listed on SCHEDULE 6. By way of clarification, "Product Design" does not include the particular individual Circuits included in the Products.

More Definitions of Product Designs

Product Designs means the designs, plans and specifications for each product manufactured, sold, leased, or delivered by the Seller or the Company in connection with the Business as conducted immediately prior to the Effective Time, as such design, plan or specification existed at the Effective Time. The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller has incorporated the Buyer’s proprietary technology into the Seller’s manufacturing process in the Business.
Product Designs means the designs developed by the Company for those proposed products of the Company, in the form in which such designs exist as of the Closing, and excluding any corrections, modifications, enhancements and derivatives made thereto following the Closing.
Product Designs means the Pilot-proprietary designs and schematics for various BookEndz models.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Company Product means any product or service designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold at any time by the Company.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
