Procedimientos Concursales definition

Procedimientos Concursales means, collectively, any proceedings relating to the bankruptcy (concurso), dissolution or winding up of the Guarantor or any other proceeding which requires the application of the priorities provided by the Spanish Bankruptcy Law (Ley Concursal), the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio), the Spanish Civil Code (Código Civil) and any other applicable Spanish laws.
